I enjoyed the first Halo, that was fun, simple, and even with the lack of subtitle, have a good story to keep you compelled (bit annoying listening to that 'spark plug' constantly moaning without having any idea what it's saying).

tThe next couple of Halo seemed to be just the same with the same story, I only played Halo 3, but that despite it's eye candy, doesn't really get me into it, I just feel compelled to finish it for the sake of finishing it.

I thought the same with Halo Ed. Played the first one way back when and thought wow this really is good, played it so much because it was so different to anything out there.

I didn't give the second one much of my time.

The third one when played online in co op is brilliant I really enjoyed it, but the multiplayer just gets a bit repetitive for me and the story line by myself isn't that great.

Maybe I'll hold off buying reach, Medal of honour is out next month so I might buy that.
