I can't quite believe my luck. Of all the people I could have happened upon in this thread, I get the one chap who is sole arbiter of all. Gosh, what good fortune has befallen me, I really can't quite credit it! Thanks though, as now you've explained everything, it's all makes so much more sense! Not only that, but your own illuminating factual contribution to the thread has clearly benefited all and sundry to a literally unimaginable extent. I mean, just for those who missed the sheer brilliance of it, you opened with an absolute ripper:

Personally, I though you'd gone too early and lead with your aces, but - tish tut! - not a bit of it, you followed that up with a shed-load of quality information and fact and experience knowledge sharing that really is a glowing beacon of alturistic selflessness (and almost exhibition swearing: genius).
