Has the term 'half-cast' been brought up on this thread yet?
I only found out a couple of weeks ago that it's not 'acceptable' after years of use without even the first clue it isn't. I'm sure it used to be.
If it isn't acceptable what would an appropriate alternative be? (those who informed me of my mistake failed to provide one)
