"crucifiction's too good for 'em"
considering the risks to others, 3 points and £60 fine is bugger all. The large number of people using mobiles while driving will only be cut down if there are much more significant penalties. IMO, 6 points is much better - and should be accompanied by a larger fine, say £500?
