I got cut up by a driver on the phone in East Finchley recently. I politely asked her to put her phone down to no effect. She happened to park near where I pulled over and there happened to be a policemen walking past. I told the cop about her, she saw this and suddenly rushed over to me and apologised madly. That was a result I suppose.
But what can you do about these phoney people when there isn't an officer handy?
