I tend to bang on the window/ roof of cars with drivers on phones, or if I'm a passenger in a car I point at them for as long I'm near them.
I have a green laser pointer, how much trouble would i get into if I shone it in their* eyes?
(*their being some cunt on a mobile whilst driving)
