Using phone handset whilst driving

about an hour ago or so i witnessed yet another driver merrily texting while in slow moving traffic. two cars behind was a police car. i cycled over to them and explained what i had seen. they thanked me and pulled up along side her. i think they stayed alongside her for about five or so seconds i guess to confirm what she was doing and then sounded their siren to get her attention and asked her to pull over........ nice. watching from a short distance at that moment i whole heartedly loved the police, the nonesense they were carrying on with at the nottinghill carnival was completely forgotten. as the policeman got out of his car he looked over to me and gave a little thumbs up. one less driver-texter, yippee.
