How can the UCI say what tattoos riders can have?!

They have a say in a lot of things stelle! that's why I have to wear long sleeved skinsuits at championship events.

If they make the issuing of a license conditional on their rules, which they do, then you need to abide by them. This is how their anti-doping rules work. That they've the time to think about and create rules on tattoos tells you all you need to know about their thinking.

I didn't think you could still get pseudoephedrine in this country. It was too easy to make into actual ephedrine or something. All cold remdies I see are Phenylephrine, which isn't nearly as effective.

I loved it when David Clinger went in for the Red Bull Road Rage about 5 years ago. Its basically a 2.5 mile downhill TT and a 4 or 8 up pack race down with a load of money up for grabs. It was mainly downhill MTBers with a few roadies, most people opting for full face helmets and body armor. David Clinger does it in lycra, facial tattoos and no helmet!
