I wear a RAB Momentum jacket. Not in any way designed for cycling, but i am always dry - even in the worst conditions. Highly aerobic eVent fabric. Awesome. Thumbs up for RAB
It aint cheap though - i was lucky to get one from a rep.
The only grip is the high rise collar with hood. A little too restrictive.
