Okay so after Pistoffski's point earlier, I have discussed it with my girlfriend and I am going to fit a rear brake but please concider this.
No one has given Borntoolate any grief for his decision to ride an 'ordinary bike' on the Skyride, which from what I can tell involves riding in a group of people with a bike that essentially has only a front brake.
I would also suggest that as he is deemed capaple of riding an 'ordinary bike' with just a front brake then surely he must be capable of riding a 'safety cycle' with just a front brake, no?
So how is this any different from my girlfriend, who is a very competent cyclist, riding one?
