It's my second month without cigarettes (only Cubans every now and then).

I used local chemist who run the NHS scheme this time. They gave me some patches and an inhaler.
Patches were great, but harsh. Gave me some serious skin rash etc.

ps. Now I'm addicted to Ben&Jerry ice cream.

... I totally sympathise dude, i've replaced smokes with some serious feeding...
