when i smoked a danish friend gave me a snus "pouch" or whatever you call 'em, chewing tobacco in a small tea-bag like thing that you put inside your lip. anyway, i am suprised to learn they are illegal in the UK despite being much healthier than smoking.
but still not using any products containing nicotine.
