Got some good varied cadence in this evening on an extend route home with this strong wind. a couple of 30 mph short bursts on a dual carriage way with the tail wind (Fuck knows how you get up to 35 mph BMMF) and some relatively minor hills felt like mountains with a head wind adding to the gradient.
