look fairly decent, seller says fork is a tiny bit bend but doesn't affect ride, from photo the frame look sound and at 100 notes, it's a decent little buy.

give me a chance to try and get rid of more part I have lying around.

I suspect that too :) Broken steel for 200 quid? I wouldnt mind if it had been repaired, but not in its current state...

I'd say that is still quite cheap considering the condition.

I have this wheel building book...very good book indeed...from an Amazing wheelbuilder...he was sought out by the top riders in Road/Track/Cyclocross and Mountain biking.

Maybe he bid it up himself and no one bid higher? Although frame size is different now maybe the winner didnt like the size.

300 , so far the price on the cinelli covers the bars, stem and saddle with some change
