Put a bit of glue on the threads of the lid before screwing it back on seals it tight and stops it evaporating. Not much of a bother unscrewing it again, unless you've not been eating your spinach. Ironically, most vegan hipsters out there won't have a problem with the spinach, but would have a problem with the puncture repairing...
