The problem is not the colour scheme, or the association with a bunch of hipster fixie skidders, it's the stupid faux-pro geometry. If they had just released the standard geometry frame with that paint, the number of people who considered it an improvement would more or less match those who thought it had got worse, since the normal Vigorelli paint doesn't exactly stand out as one of Cinelli's finest moments.

Totally understand your logic, I just think the authenticity of their 'concept' is dubious. For me it just confirms that they need to stay far far away from bikes...this is like the bastard child of a Brompton/electric scooter one night stand.
