    after dinner your body has to wait all the way till breakfast for more fuel

    this is also why breakfast is really important

    I got told off by my doctor for this kind of behaviour (although my issue is less excess weight and more eating enough to stay alive tbh)

    Makes sense doesn't it?

    You've got all day to burn breakfast off and not long before bed to burn dinner off. I should follow this rule more.

    Does anyone know if there's real, sciency truth to this btw? I know that I feel better when I eat like this but don't recall reading any proper research on it.
