This seems to be the fatty's thread so as I need to lose atleast half a stone, I'm having a butchers

I found that a very good way of losing weight was quite simply a 2 week 'Greens & Fish' diet. Have a big healthy breakfast then take a box of Greens & Fish to work. I tended to try and get atleast 2 sittings out of it. One about 12.30/1 then another maybe just before leaving work about 5.30/6 or whatever - sometimes when I got home about 7ish. 2/3 sittings should be enough to fill you throughout the day.
To vary the slightly boring options I'd try broccoli, spinach, peas, courgettes etc and mix it up daily, same with fish. Salt & pepper obviously but again, vary the flavours....cumin, garlic, chilli etc....
I also cut out booze and over the 2 weeks lost 10pound
