i know i'm a bit late.... but +1 on the gym at brockwell Lido.... I joined up in Febuary, and although i've barley been in the last two months due to being on the bike most nights of the week, i would highly recommend it... the spin classes are great for winter training when it's too cold/wet for weeknight rides. Has a nice hydrotherapy sweet too.
It's £40 a month if you sign up for 12 months.... this includes unlimited gym, pool, hydro sweet, and any classes you desire.
