  • I had chana masala, rice, and linda McCartney sausages for breakfast.

    I've just finished a small portion of reduced fat hummus and carrot sticks and raw lemon "cheesecake" (its mostly soaked cashews) for lunch.

    I'll probably have aubergine and tomato sauce with graham flour pancakes for dinner.

    All in, about 1600 calories, which I off set by walking at lunch (103 calories burned) and riding the long way to and from home (400 calories burned).
