I'm now cycling 3 miles to and from work every day of the week since I've moved in with the mrs. Really enjoying it so far and my appetite hasn't gone up. I really like the idea of this eat more in the morning thing. Thinking maybe have cereal and toast in the morning then 1 sandwich for lunch and a very small dinner.
