Well I guess technically it is, as I'm going away from massive portions of fatty, carby food, which is what I usually eat, including a big lunch. I'm still finding my way, but all I know is I can't keep that up. Like I said, it's more about changing habits, rather than crashing; seeking out low fat stuff, grilling meat, more veg, way more water, less coffee.
I think to judge someone's diet you'd have to be privy to what they were consuming before; in my case, two pots of sugary coffee with whole milk, biscuits and sweets, lots of meat, bread and pasta, and definitely NO VEG!
