  • Swain's Lane is a tidy little hill that takes you from the top of Kentish Town up to Highgate Village.

    I'll be arriving at that York Bridge gate bit at 6:30-ish, waiting til 6:40–6:45 for stragglers, then pedalling up to the base of Swains. 7ish meet at the quiet bit at the base of Swain's just past where the bus-stop is would be about right.
    3 laps, a slow 6 minutes a lap (up Swain's, down Highgate West), 10 minute pootle back to the park and a half hour whirlwind of power will do an hour(ish) nicely.
