I understand the vagueries of the law around ASL infringements, that said, even if you apply the most laisez-faire reading of it, an offence occurs almost every time I'm stopped in one at busy times.
I'm also not taking issue with being stopped and fined for my RLJ, I'm just surprised by the assertion that cyclist RLJing is such a high-ranking cause of fatalities - I would have thought HGVs and careless driver behaviour ranked higher.
