Incidentally that happen to me when I was doing a cilent's house in Putney, as I was walking upstair with two paint tins on my hand, the owner's kid decided it would be wonderful to throw a legos fire engine at me and see what would happen.
It hit my hand and made me dropped the paint (still got the scar to this day).
It hit the carpet area of the stair case, however I managed to convinced the fluming owner whose face match the exploded fire truck that the landing would look a lots better if I removed the carpeting and sort out the wood, luckily he liked it and managed to get an extra £50 for doing that.
The worse thing is? he didn't blame the kid at all, the kid went back to his room trying to build an aeroplane to see if it can get enough lift to hit my face this time.
