the Miche cranks are perfectly adequate for track use.
Campy Pista's or over priced tosh, and not very good for track, as the arms have a tendency to snap off under high power output.... (only really a problem for the big sprinters*)
I have ridden both on the track, and couldn't tell you any noticeable difference, as long as you have a decent chain ring on the Miche..... just my opinion though.
*lazy people.
