Come along, see how it goes. If you can't hang on, the park is still a pleasant enough place to pedal round for a bit and stretch the legs. We'll be meeting in the inner circle of Regents Park, at the gate opposite York Bridge. I aim to get there for half 6, then hang around for a bit to wait for any stragglers. The suffering starts soon-after.
