It sounded like nobody's ever said thank you to the woman in Southwark Council before...!
I was meant to call her back on Tuesday but I didnt know then if the lights had been fixed or not, so she just assumed that everything was OK cos she didnt hear from me. I think she was quite surprised to hear someone appreciate her efforts.
