Cool - not too late then.

I'd definitely play the following cards:

• We are poor little self-funding orphans against the might of giant big moola evil brands like Specialized
  
• We are essentially a volunteer organisation which aims to cover it's costs, no more
  
• Having a stand would be a big thing for us and if we had a stand we would promote the show to our 15k (or whatever it is) members and encourage them to come.
  
  
  

I haven't been given a price yet. I phoned, spoke to the woman, told her the size I was interested in, she's sending paperwork + details and has reserved the slot... take it from there shortly.
