  • The thing with eating bananas is getting the timing right. When they're green, they're 95% protein, and when they're yellow, they're 117% empty carbs.

    But when they're yellow with green tips, that's when the healthy fat kicks in, but it's only available in the stringy bits down the sides, and is still difficult to absorb unless eaten with a tangerine pill and a lukewarm cup of blue tea.
