    That hypothetical banana contains 30g of Carbs. The same amount as a whole tin of chick peas. Which is more filling? Which contains essential amino acids?

    Me too. So why all the crazy pill talk? It's just not necessary and frankly I think this kind of 'take a pill to fix anything' thinking does far more harm than good. People going to these kind of levels to lose weight would need to be dangerously obese and under the guidance of trained medical professionals.. not us!

    I like chick peas too. Bit trickier to fish out of a jersey pocket though.
