Based on only really ever seeing you once I would not really believe you would need to lose any weight. If you want to tone up try some light weight training (push up variations, squats, sit ups etc).
From what i have read so far you have a reasonably healthy diet and making more sacrifices seems like it would be an unrealistic long term situation. Unless you want a six pack etc then i find as long as you eat healthy-ish and train consistently then you will get results. Consistency is the key. Good luck
