  • I can't believe you'd tell people to stop eating bananas. What kind of pill freak fest would you have people live on? Nhatt's not an obese medical case.

    A few points:

    • they tested only 23 healthy males. The difference was only 17%.
    • how much of this stuff green tea extract is actually found in green tea? (total: 890 ± 13 mg polyphenols and 366 ± 5 mg EGCG)
    • Fat oxidization was claimed 17% higher - but could the corn flour placebo be the reason for the difference? It's a carb fuel source.
