I'm not a morning person, the biggest concession to morning I make is eating something, cooking it first isn't going to happen.
I have Mesa flakes, which are corn and flax seed, with Soya milk, which is a protein (I have unsweetened and make up for it with Banana).
Not having coffee is not an option, during the day I drink water and green tea.
Hummus has too much salt as well as oil, I prefer to have a salad with a variety of vegetables, a whole grain (quinoa when possible) and use a small amount of salad oil and liquid aminos to flavour it. Mostly I have m&s salads as they do a variety with both pulses and whole grains, or I have an innocent food pot.
And yes I am, as I've heard that being pregnant makes you fat. And have kids.
