    I'm suffering and not apparently loosing hardly anything.

    I haven't had beer in ages, I'm having salad for lunch every fucking day, and all I've had for breakfast for the last month has been black coffee, cornflakes and a banana.

    Piss off with your loosing weight is easy bullshit.

    Do you know how many carbs are in a banana & cornflakes?

    Banana = 30g

    Cornflakes without milk = 30g

    Both are poor nutritional choices too. You are a vegetarian right? Protein foods would make better more nutritionally valuable meals which are also less likely to make you fat.

    But I guess your choices are limited. Eat nuts, greens & vegetables. Also drink green tea, even if you dont like it. It is scientifically proven to aid in significant fat loss, especially in those with an active lifestyle. It helps you use fat stores during exercise.

    You should also make sure you have good levels of omega-3's in your diet. Good cold pressed vegetable oils will probably suffice. The hummus you stated as if it was a luxury "naughty" food is exactly what you SHOULD be eating. If its good quality, it will be made with olive oil (good fats), sesame seeds & chicke peas (protein & fibre).

    Also a personal question (you dont have to answer). Are you on the contraceptive pill? (they contain hormones which make you fatten up)
