You can get those genetic stem anywhere, if you want a 'classic' appearance, look no further than the fillet braze Nitto CT-80;

the only thing I'm worried about is the low BB, the Steamroller has a BB drop of 70mm. I wouldn't want any pedal strike or have my pedal cages scratching on the floor when I'm pushing the bike...

Ride your bike instead of teenslaining it then.
