Found in the garage of an old friend. I don't know much about it other than it's 18-23 steel from about 1988. 700c wheels and it looks like 10 speed but could be 12.
I haven't seen it myself, I'm going on an emailed description.
It might be a 23 inch frame, but it looks pretty huge to me, could be bigger...
A commuting bike maybe, or a puppy to kill?
