  • One of the nice things about my calorie counter is it splits the day upfor me (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) and bolloxes me if I don't eat enough in any one meal (especially breakfast).
    It also keeps track of my salt input, but I tend to use liquid amino acids (Braggs) instead of salt anyways.

    I probably should make more of ab effort to work out, but what with work and all I find it hard to find the energy.
    Maybe when school starts.
