I hate

They're not the only shit delivery people. Home Delivery Network (for amazon) failed to deliver a parcel to me, after I'd been in all day. They also didn't leave a slip with any info on. They then left the parcel at a random shop about 20 doors away from my flat... took me about 10 days to locate the damn thing..

these guys are notoriously shit. Amazon did this with some books. left a slip outside the entrance to my block of flats - which I didn't receive, funnily enough - and when I tracked them they were on the way back to wales....

• some silly ignoramus in the office suffered this. I had to listen to 2 hours of her bitching about it to the inept courier company in her incredibly loud and irritating voice. HATE
