I have a key for these, which arrived yesterday. When the stand got loaded up with bikes this afternoon I went down to take one for a spin but the key wouldn't release the bike: the lights went amber then red. There was a TFL type polishing the monitor glass and I asked him when they would be working and he said "As soon as Boris has had his picture taken with them for the press tomorrow."
