Tourney: Lil' throw in, June 6th in Lille

Shiitttt! ^^^ Lajal, bad luck mate – hope it heals up fast. It was cool to play with you and Thomas, we had a couple of really good games, it’s a shame we didn’t go further. Thank you both for fun times.

Thanks Florent (and Sylvain) for letting us set up camp in your garden and for greeting us with 7% beers in 29C heat!

Props to Jon and Adam for sleeping in hammocks (even if Adam did seek shelter in the Malice Palace when the rain came).

The torrential rain on Sunday morning couldn’t put a dent in the day. Thanks Marc for organising it all.

And cheers Rob for stepping in after Lajal had that fall … come to think of it, wasn’t it you who took him down? ; )

Erin, well done for getting so far. We really should have left earlier, but it was amazing to watch you guys win that first final – just a shame the MVP got so knackered.

• Mallet size doesn't matter, even if friends are laughing at you

2 month ago, I torn ligaments in my foot, couldn't play during weeks. Things were nearly OK since then, but made a bad reception on sunday, and now, it hurts again pretty much. See, Lajal, you're not alone in pain ;)
