I'm a little worried about the seat clamp. After all the effort that seems to have gone into making everything else bomb proof, it looks like a standard QR clamp, and it's well known that "the general public" are incapable of operating a QR properly. I hope there is some kind of tether to prevent over extension, or complete removal of the seat post. Some kind of gas strut like an office chair (e.g. KS i900) would seem to be a better plan, everybody knows how to work those.
