Being pretty tall I will always struggle to make a frame look the right size. I ride it with the seat and stem that high (both well within their tolerances). It rides very well like that, but pretty used to high stem/seat combos. The frame is from what we can work out a 1969/1971 Claud Butler Olympic Road Race frame, Reynolds 531. Does the trick for what is a budget build. I take on board the brake cable comments, going to shorten them today.
