It doesn't quite look like a 25" frame to me and seatpost and stem look to be over-extended positioned to compensate for the "smaller than ideal" frame size (IMO).
Ultimately if the OP is happy than all good. I'm not commenting on "my idea of proper fit", just trying to be helpful.
