shoot me for a dragging a post up a page, but i saw the grimiest looking chav (complete with england shirt and Adidas trackies) riding one of these through chichester yesterday.
couldn't quite figure whether to cry, or throw my bike at him in some vain hope of returning it to it's rightful owner. or me.

Was it obviously stolen?
