rather hilarious that amsterdam wanted 500,000 euros to dispose of the shit properly, IC were paid 18,500 euro and now trafigura have paid $198 million (http://www.alertnet.org/thenews/newsdesk/L13338152.htm) to the Ivorian govt, and this 1 million euro fine, plus probably millions fighting the legal cases.
