Additionally, following on from the farce that was the tail end of this league, I'd be pretty keen on setting up official league slots with stricter penalties (any game not finished in the time frame is forfeited)and actually enforcing it this time around.

I want to have a clause this year that fixtures must be played within the 2/3 week window, else nil-point.
