• Crikey, it's just one of these, with mostly default bits; though my wheels aren't quite as snazzy and I've a Romin saddle.

    I don't actually think that it's much to look at, but nae bother. I recently had a try on all manor of go-faster carbonated quilt-work; though I'm not massively ostentatious and an unassuming sort of a bike is therefore a good fit. In fact, there's still something to be said for battering up a hill with an ali' tourer, I do miss my mudguards.

    So so far, I'm dead chuffed. My only remaining quibble is the way in which my upper body was measured, and therefore the length of the stem/ width of the handlebars. All feel a bit roomy to me, I think that slightly smaller sizes on the front of the bike would make everything feel a bit snappier (particularly climbing). Mind you, in this minor bug there's obvious potential for more fun. New parts, innit.
