Urgent! Object to the scrapping of the congestion charge extension

I can't believe hybrids are Exempted, the new ford mondeo has the same emmissions as the prius, so surely either modern cars should also be exempt or hybrids shouldn't be.

Hybrids shouldn't be, and neither should electric cars. It's just greenwash.
