Objected the other day when it first went back up, suggested extension to m25 as well.
The propsed area(up to ken/chelsea) and out to the city should have a higher rate again. £10 within the m25 and £30 within current area.
I would like to see a reduced rate for essential business use though. As has been said above some of us cannot work without trucks and vans, maybe link cost to annual turnover? HR Owen and Selfirdges will therefore pay a fuckload as they should and ol' Bill the window cleaner who's earning f-all pays his fair share as well. Probably impossible to implement effectively.
Like the idea of a prohibitively high rate around schools.
